Clearances required around unit for operation of unit.

Behind unit: 200mm
Sides of unit: 50mm to allow for unit placement or removal.
Above unit: Clear to roof space.

If mounting facades or cabinetry around units.
Behind unit: 200mm
Above unit: Clear to roof space

If there is less than 200mm in clear open space above unit or if the roof of the facades or cabinetry is partially or completely closed, then forced exhaust fans are to be mounted to roof or to cabinets or false roof.

Sides of unit: 50mm to allow for unit placement or removal.

Vented area of unit; Any vented area on unit - Cabinetry must have vented area matching original venting pattern and volume on unit.

Cabinetry clearance of unit; Cabinetry must be 50mm off unit itself.

Ambient Temp Requirements: The unit/s must be out of direct sunlight, in a well-ventilated area with air conditioning or ambient air temperature below 32oC.

Requirements for servicing: Facades or cabinetry must be demountable, lift-up access, or completely removable so unit is accessible for onsite and offsite servicing.
